sigh

I had great ambitions of catching up with pictures and words from the last few months. I think that goal is keeping me from posting at all!

So, I will start now with present time and maybe one day I'll "catch-up".

My sweet and sassy baby girl isn't a baby at all anymore! She is a full-fledged toddler. If I wasn't have so much fun laughing at her, I might be sad that she's growing SO QUICKLY!

She's in the %95 percentile for her weight and height. I find this amusing seeming how she was in the 40th for so long. Somewhere around 12-13 months she just grew, and grew a lot.

Her favorite thing to do is go "shoshide" (outside). I even caught her sneaking out the front door one day. It doesn't take a seasoned mom to know when your toddler is quiet for more than 15 seconds, something is up :)

She is saying new words every day, "NO" being the clearest :) My favorite of course is mommy, pronounced "memmy". She just started saying "la you" (love you) and "dane do" (thank you), also some favorites! Her expressions and exclamations are priceless and sometimes cause us to laugh when we are trying to discipline...

I'm enjoying every moment and it is hard to imagine adding another one to the mix in less than 17 weeks. But I know God will give us the grace we need and I'm sure every day will be wonder-filled.

Mommy and baby are doing well! I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, again. We found out pretty early on, so it has been manageable. I do insulin at night before bed. I wish I didn't have to, but I'm glad that I can control my sugars through out the day with out having to medicate.

Jason is staying busy with work. I'm glad the weather is taking a turn for the better. Hopefully it will bring even more work! I think his goal this year is to go camping as many times as possible :) We went this past weekend and we are going again this weekend with his family. I won't promise, but I will try to take pictures and post them next week!

I'll leave you now with this sassy picture of my sweet girl!
