3 Months

haha! Not too happy at this moment. We're interrupting nap time.

I love her face!

My sweet Jordan is 3 months today! Oh, how time as flown by. She started laughing at us this week. Definitely a favorite milestone! Still cries when we drive and she has to ride in her car seat... Other than that she really is growing fast and her little personality is really coming out.

Two Months

This little one turned 2 months a couple weeks ago. I just got around to taking her pictures last week... Better late than never, I guess. She weighed 11lbs 15oz at her two month check up. She is smiling at us all the time and even starting to coo at us a little. She's not nearly as verbal as Virginia was at this age, so I love hearing her little voice evolve.
She's a GREAT sleeper, but still HATES her car seat :) I'm praying she grows out of screaming every time we go somewhere! I love, love her nonetheless and my favorite thing about her right now is the way her eyes smile when she's happy.

Jordan Reyn and other randomness

Our littlest turned two months this week! I'm a little behind in getting pictures posted, but hopefully after this weekend I will have some fresh shots of her.

We have busy weekend ahead with the, I don't know, 4th annual Viva Battaglia. I am looking forward to the entire family being together, including Grandma Battaglia! It is so wonderful having my sister-in-law Jennie and her husband back with us. They are planning on being here for a few years. Such great news especially considering she is due with her first baby in October!

Both girls had their well check-ups yesterday. Jordan is 11lbs 15oz 22" and Virginia is 37lbs 35"! Wow! My girls continue to be the loves of my life, along with Jason of course :) It is so fun watching Jordan learn our faces and voices. My favorite is when she smiles at her big sissie! Virginia is officially out of the crib and in her toddler bed. It's been going REALLY well so far. I think she likes the idea of her "new bed". She has done a great job obeying and not getting out of bed unless we come get her. I love her!

I pulled out some fall decorations today. I was going to wait until after this weekend, but since I LOVE this season so much I wanted to get the most out of the few decorations that I have. I am looking forward to the next few months: camping trips, wedding festivities, my birthday :), pumpkin patches, apple picking, trick-or-treating, Thanksgiving, a trip up to Gaithersburg for a wedding that'll be much like a childhood friend reunion and high school reunion all rolled into one great event...

I got an idea from the Girl Talk Blog the other day, so I'm going to copy it a little :) It's going to be called 52Date. For the next year I am going to take a picture every Tuesday (our date night). My goal is to post them on here, but I really am just looking forward to printing them all in the end and making a little album. Should be fun! And hopefully will help me with keeping my camera handy and stirring my creative juices a little... We'll see :)

Sisters

One Month

The little miss is six weeks today! These are her "one month" pictures taken yesterday :) We love her more and more every day. She has started smiling in the past few days and it makes the crying so much more bearable ;) She is sleeping more at night = fantastic! These pictures were take yesterday while we were up in Alabama watching Jason rock climb.

Ah, Jordan... Baby girl, welcome to our family. We love you and are so happy you are here. You are still adjusting to this new life and I'm not sure you are too crazy about it just yet. But, we love your cries too ;) I am excited to watch you grow and to watch you become a little lady.
