Prayer

I had a very fun and exciting Dr.'s appointment today :) My Dr. couldn't get the heartbeat with the doplar, so she said she'd let the ultrasound do all the work!

I got to have an unscheduled ultra sound! It was so neat getting to see the baby at this stage. It made it seem so much more real! Unfortunately the little stinker was buried deep in my womb and had its legs crossed. Otherwise I might have been able to find out early if its a boy or girl... Oh, well! The heartbeat looked good and that's what's important. And, I got to see its little legs move as well as its skeletal structure. AMAZING!!!

I do covet your prayers in one area... My Dr. would like for me to get an ECG/EKG done because of some irregular heart palpitations I've been experiencing since last August. At first she said its normal in pregnancy to experience those occasionally because of hormones and increased blood flow. But when she examined my chart and saw that I had mentioned it in August and had my thyroids tested, she was concerned because obviously at that point I was not pregnant... My appointment is this Friday at 11:30, so if you think about just pray that everything is fine and normal and they could may shed some light on why I'm having these annoying palpitations :)
